The United Arab Emirates often referred to as Emirate is a country in the Western part of Asia, bordering with Oman to the east, Saudi Arabic to the south, Qatar to the west and Iran to the north. It is a federation of seven emirates with Abu Dhabi as the capital, the other emirates include Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. They have the seventh largest oil reserve in the World, and the seventeenth largest natural gas in the world. Dubai is the most populous city in the Emirates and it is the maritime trade hub. UAE has diversified economy which paves way for more industries and hence creates more opportunity with great benefits.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Assists in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with the appropriate skills, as needed.
Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources.
Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.
Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process.
Works with the unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims; reviews provider reports for accuracy and corrects errors.
Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate.
Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

Minimum of 5 years experience within HR and currently you will be as a minimum a HR Business Partner or more senior
