CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES JOBS IN CANADA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

  • Processing requests directly from Clients or a Sales Associate
  • Understanding and interpreting Client requests and translating those requests into instructions to be fulfilled to achieve the Clients’ desired results
  • Gathering data as required for the development of partner business reviews (PBR’s)
  • A general knowledge of the products and services provided by DATA and partnering with operational peers as required to obtain subject matter expertise to meet Client needs
  • A subject matter expert where required to meet specific Client business requirements
  • Full understanding of Client contract terms and conditions, SOW’s and SLA’s as assigned
  • Back up for other Client Services Specialists as required from time-to-time
  • Performing other duties as required

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • One (1) to two (2) year of experience within Customer Service department
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Solid problem solving ability
  • Process driven
  • Print production knowledge is an asset
